Traditional Bal Karnawałowy (Carnival Ball) was held at Midland Hills Country Club in Roseville, MN, on Saturday, January 28, 2023. Close to 80 people attended it, enjoying a three-course dinner, performances by Dolina Dancers and the Bieniek family, dancing until midnight to Polish and American tunes, and socializing with other members of the Polish-American community of the Twin Cities. During the event, John Bieniek, the past PACIM President and Director, received an honorary award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Polish-American community of Minnesota.
The ball was accompanied by a silent auction. Proceeds from the auction will support various PACIM initiatives in 2023.
