To book Conference Room #408 in the Landmark Center, select the duration, date, time, and purpose of the reservation. You will receive a confirmation email from office@pacim.org once your reservation is approved. Reservations can be scheduled within the following tenant hours:
Monday-Friday: 7 am – 9 pm | Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm | Sunday: 12 – 5 pm
⚠️ Important: Reservation requests can only be submitted by PACIM Board members or individuals authorized by the Board (e.g. PACIM club chairs, Polish class teachers). All other requests will be denied. If you need to book the conference room but do not belong to one of the categories mentioned above, please email office@pacim.org to request authorization or ask a Board member to sponsor your reservation.
