The Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland has scheduled the election of the President of the Republic of Poland for May 18, 2025. Voting in electoral districts established in countries located in North and South America will take place on May 17, 2025. Voters residing abroad can cast their votes in designated polling stations. In Minnesota, the pooling station will be located at 1630 4th Street NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413.
Voter registration can be submitted to the consul:
- Using the electronic eWybory service, provided by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, available at https://ewybory.msz.gov.pl/.
- In writing, with a handwritten signature. The application should include:
- Last name and first name(s),
- PESEL number,
- Number of a valid Polish passport,
- Address of residence abroad,
- Email address or phone number.
- By email to chicago.legal@msz.gov.pl or chicago.consul@msz.gov.pl as a digital copy (scan or photo) of the signed application containing all of the information listed above.
Voter registration will be open until May 13, 2025.
In order to conduct the election of the President of the Republic of Poland, the Consulate has appointed the Electoral Commission for Voting District No. 319 in Minneapolis, located at 1630 4th Street NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413, United States of America.
The members of this Commission are as follows:

- Aleksandra Żórawska, residing in Minneapolis
On May 11, the Electoral Commission held its first meeting. During the meeting, the Commission:
- elected from among its members the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson;
- discussed its tasks and operating procedures, as well as the duties and rights of its members;
- outlined the tasks to be completed before election day, including preparation of the polling station, receipt and securing of ballots, protocol forms, voter lists, commission stamp, announcements, and other materials.
Michał Daniel Wojtak was elected as the Chairperson of the Commission. Aleksandra Małgorzata Hoffman was elected as the Deputy Chairperson of the Commission.
