PACIM Office Moves to Landmark Center

The PACIM lease for office space in Little Canada expired at the end of February, and the landlord chose not to renew it, as they planned to expand their business into the space. This required us to determine whether to purchase or lease a new office. After several months of extensive research and evaluation of various properties—led by our dedicated ad hoc Building Committee—the PACIM Board decided to lease two offices and a storage space in the historic Landmark Center in Downtown St. Paul.

As of March 5, 2025, we have completed the move and are now in the process of organizing the new space. We intend to maintain the library as a separate space from the main office; the library will be located in Suite 414, while the office will be in Suite 431.

New office address: PACIM Landmark Center, Suite 431, 75 Fifth West Street, St. Paul, MN 55102

The move to Landmark Center opens up exciting new possibilities for PACIM to expand our cultural and social activities. As a non-profit resident organization, we gain access to historic reception and conference rooms, an auditorium with seating for 220 people, and exhibition spaces—all at no cost or at a discounted rate. Additionally, our programming will be featured on the Landmark Center calendar and promoted through their substantial mailing list, increasing our visibility. With many other cultural organizations also housed in the building and a variety of events regularly taking place, PACIM now has greater opportunities to engage with the broader community and grow our reach.

Last but not least, we are thrilled to share that our lease financial conditions remain similar to those we had in Little Canada, thanks to the non-profit organization rate we received.

We are incredibly excited about this new chapter for PACIM and look forward to welcoming you to our new home at Landmark Center. Stay tuned for upcoming events, programs, and opportunities to connect—this move marks the beginning of an exciting future for our community!
