This year during the traditional Polish Soup Fest we will serve eight delicious Polish soups -- borscht (barszcz), chicken noodle (rosół), tomato (pomidorowa), split pea (grochówka), sauerkraut (kapuśniak), dill pickle (ogórkowa), mushroom (grzybowa), sour rye (żurek) -- and your favorite bigos (hunter's stew).
