This year, at the traditional Polish Soup Fest, we will serve six delicious Polish soups: tomato (pomidorowa), dill pickle (ogórkowa), barley (krupnik), cabbage (kapuśniak), mushroom (grzybowa), and sour rye (żurek), along with your favorite bigos (hunter’s stew).
