Soup Festival – Fall’26
November 22 @ 10:30 am - 3:00 pm

Warm up with PACIM at our annual Soup Festival this fall!
Join the community to celebrate the comfort, flavor, and traditions of Polish soups. Guests can enjoy a variety of homemade recipes prepared by PACIM members and friends, with each bowl offering a taste of culture, heritage, and creativity.
Bring the family for an afternoon of delicious food, lively conversation, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you come to cook, sample the soups, or simply enjoy the company, the Soup Festival is a wonderful way to gather as the days grow cooler.
Proceeds will help fund an electronic catalog for the PACIM Library and other PACIM cultural events.
Join the fun and help make PACIM’s Soup Festival a success! Volunteer with preparations, cooking, or serving—sign up here.
We’ll be serving five traditional Polish soups:
- Cabbage (Kapuśniak)
- Mushroom (Grzybowa, vegetarian)
- Pickle (Ogórkowa)
- Split Pea (Grochówka, vegetarian)
- Potato (Ziemniaczana)
…and, of course, Bigos — not exactly a soup, but a favorite hearty winter hunter’s stew!
Prices:
A sampler of five soups of your choice plus bigos and dessert — $15
Children ages 5–10 — $5
Children under 5 — free
Enjoy soup at the festival, or take home a container or two of your favorite soups. Preordering to-go soups is optional, but it helps us estimate demand and makes pickup easier. If you’re not sure which soup to take home, come to the event, try the sampler, and then decide.
