Traditional PACIM 2023 Carnival Ball will take place on Saturday, January 28, 2023, in the Midland Hills Country Club, Roseville, MN.
Three-course dinner with the following choice of the main course:
- 8-ounce Top Sirloin Steak
- Chicken Breast stuffed with wild rice, cranberries, and apples
- Vegetarian Buttered Squash Ravioli in white wine cream sauce.
A glass of wine is included with the dinner. Cash bar.

5:30 PM Cocktails and Silent Auction
7:00 PM Dinner
8:15 PM Presentation of Award to John Bieniek
8:30 PM Performance by Dolina Dancers
9:00 PM Bal Opening with Polonaise dance
Dancing until Midnight.
Free valet parking. Entrance on the right by the Polish flag.
