On Saturday and Sunday, August 20-21, PACIM set up and manned a desk at the Slavic Experience festival in Boom Island Park in Minneapolis promoting PACIM events, actions, clubs, and scholarships. Our presence generated substantial interest from both older and younger people attending the festival. They showed great interest in learning about Poland, PACIM activities, and Polish traditions, purchased the last issue of PolAm and Polish flags, and read the information we presented about Polish customs and cuisine.
