Performance by Amelia Kowalewska, Trumpet

We’re thrilled to announce that a talented 17-year-old trumpet player from Płock, Poland, named Amelia Kowalewska, will perform alongside the parish organist Chris Brand for the Polish Mass on June 4, 2023, at 11:30 AM in the Holy Cross Church. After the Mass, she will also perform a short concert featuring “golden hits” compositions by J. Clarke, M. A. Charpentier, J. Stanley, and others. This is a free event that you won’t want to miss!
Amelia is the proud recipient of the prestigious 2023 ITG Conference Trumpet Gapper Scholarship and has been selected to compete in the final round of the Ryan Anthony Memorial Trumpet Competition. The International Trumpet Guild organizes the competition that will be held in Minneapolis, MN, from May 30 to June 3, 2023.
