DESCRIPTION:Silent Auction \nA Silent Auction traditionally accompanies this year’s Ball. The purpose of the auction is to raise funds for various PACIM activities in 2025\, including: \n• Expanding Polish language classes with more teachers\n• Increasing literary\, arts\, and event programming\n• Digitizing the PACIM Library holdings and PACIM records\n• Providing more PACIM scholarships\n• Continuing assistance for Polish orphans\n• Supporting PACIM’s operating expenses \nThe auction items have been generously donated by various organizations\, businesses\, and individuals. Thank you for your support! \nThe auction will be conducted online\, but we will also showcase the auctioned items during the Ball\, along with additional exclusive items that cannot be included online. Bidding will remain open until 10:00 PM on Saturday\, February 15\, 2025. DESCRIPTION:The PACIM Valentine’s Day Carnival Ball will take place on Saturday\, February 15\, 2025\, at Midland Hills Country Club\, 2001 Fulham Street\, Roseville\, MN 55113. The ball opens at 5:00 pm with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres\, and dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. \n\nThree-course dinner with the following choice of the main course: \n\n8-ounce Top Sirloin Steak with a wild mushroom glacé.\nMinnesota Chicken — Chicken breast stuffed with wild rice\, dried cranberries & apples with morel mushroom cream sauce.\nWalleye Pike — lightly breaded and baked\, served with lemon and tartar sauce.\n\nAccompaniments\n\nYukon Gold whipped potatoes and Amaretto glazed mini carrots.\nMidland Hills Salad — romaine and iceberg lettuce with tomato\, cucumber\, beets\, croutons\, sunflower seeds\, Parmesan cheese\, and creme peppercorn dressing.\nWarm rolls\, regular or decaf coffee\, or hot tea.\n\nDessert\n\nNew York-style Cheesecake with Strawberries or\nGluten-free Strawberry Cream Cake\n\n\nA glass of red or white wine is included with the dinner.
