Dinner will be served at 6:00 PM. \nDinner\nA three-course dinner with your choice of main course: \nMain Course Options \n\n6-ounce Top Sirloin Steak with a wild mushroom glacé\nMinnesota Chicken — Chicken breast stuffed with wild rice\, dried cranberries & apples with morel mushroom cream sauce\nWalleye Pike — lightly breaded and baked\, served with lemon and tartar sauce\n\nAccompaniments \n\nYukon Gold whipped potatoes\nAmaretto-glazed mini carrots\nMidland Hills salad\nWarm rolls\nRegular or decaf coffee\, or hot tea\n\nDessert \nA glass of red or white wine is included with the dinner.
