At 6 p.m.\, chef Marian Pierzchalski is planning a delicious meal that will include herrings in oil\, cod in tomato\, red borsch with “uszka\,” fried walleye\, sauerkraut with mushrooms\, pierogies with potatoes and prunes\, kutia\, poppyseed cake\, and dry fruit compote. \nRegistration for the event is now closed. \n \nProceeds from the event will go to the Polish Orphans fund.
