Thursday, January 30, 2020 – Pierogi – Polish dumplings made with unleavened dough around a savory filling.
Thursday, February 27, 2020 – Zrazy – Polish meat roulade dish with seasoned meat wrapped with bacon and a pickle
Ciasti—cake with sunflower seeds
Thursday, March 26, 2020 – Barszcz – Polish borscht (beet soup)
Mazurek—Polish Easter shortcake, a sweet, flat dessert..
Sign up for one class or all three. Cost is $35/PACIM members and $45 for non-members. Classes are held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the FACS Room (209) of the St. Anthony Village High School at 3303 33rd Avenue NE.
