October 10 – 2019 – Naleśniki na rożne sposoby – Polish crepes various ways – sweet and savory. Barszcz Czerwony – Polish beet soup
November 14, 2019 – Rosół – Polish Chicken Noodle Soup
Jak zrobić kapustę kiszoną – how to make/ can sauerkraut
December 12, 2019 – Bigos – Polish Hunters Stew (made from the sauerkraut canned the previous month)
Makowiec – traditional Polish poppyseed roll.
Sign up for one class or all three. Cost is $35/PACIM members and $45 for non-members. Classes are held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the FACS Room (209) of the St. Anthony Village High School at 3303 33rd Avenue NE.
