The Polish American Cultural Institute of Minnesota invites you to PACIM’s annual Wigilia, a traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner, on December 11, 2016. A portion of the 2016 Wigilia profits will be donated to one or more programs for Polish children, including to a Dom Dziecka (the Polish phrase for an orphanage).

Registration deadline: December 6, 12 noon
- First Course: Herring in sour cream with an apple and onion sauce
- Second Course: Clear red beet soup with tiny mushroom-filled dumplings and bread
- Third Course: Fish, potatoes, two kinds of pierogi, and a special cabbage preparation
Fourth course: Poppy seed pudding and coffee

The 2014 Wigilia raised over $1,000 for the Dom Dziecka in Tuchola, Poland (one hour north of Bydgoszcz). This orphanage houses thirty children with ages ranging from 11 to 20 years old.
